What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Products must be in their original condition with tags attached.

How long does shipping take?

As an independent brand, we check every item before dispatch. UK orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

Are your products sustainable?

We try to make sensible choices rather than big claims. All of our tees are made from certified organic cotton and printed using water based inks through Fair Wear–accredited suppliers. We work with responsible partners and produce in small runs or made to order to avoid unnecessary waste. It’s not perfect, but it’s a more considered way of making clothing and one we’re comfortable standing behind.

Why do you make products to order?

We make many of our items to order to avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste. It means your piece is made specifically for you, rather than sitting in a warehouse.

This approach can add a little time before dispatch, but it allows us to focus on quality, reduce excess stock, and be more considered about how we produce what we sell.

What if I need a different size or there’s an issue with my order?

Because many items are made to order, we can’t always offer straight size exchanges. We recommend checking the size guide before ordering to make sure you get the right fit.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, just get in touch within 14 days and we’ll sort it.
